Rita 2017 – Women’s Only Yoga Class
I am so glad I decided to join Stacey’s Friday morning Yoga Class at Park Street Village Hall. I wanted a small class where I would feel benefit for my heart and lower back issues. Stacey’s class has a friendly, calming atmosphere. She really cares about the well-being of her class and incorporates poses to facilitate and improve individual issues. I have attended her class for the past two months and have certainly experienced improvements, both mentally and physically. With Stacey’s continued guidance, I am certain this will maintain. This yoga class certainly warrants the 5 stars I have awarded and I would definitely recommend this class to others.

There was no obstacle for me to partake in classes. I really wanted to continue yoga after many years! The benefits will always allow my body to stretch and then relax.
I was glad to spend a short time at one of your lessons – you were able to “put my mind at rest.” You understand I have certain medical problems and I do appreciate your concern.

Elinor 2017 – Women’s Only Yoga Class Park Street
I joined Stacey’s yoga class post pregnancy. Apart from wanting to begin yoga anyway, I hoped it could help with pelvic/leg issues, left over from pregnancy, and exasperated by scoliosis. Stacey is such a friendly, natural person that I felt totally at ease in the class. Stacey made sure she knew about problems I had, what was causing pain and how to practice (without adding to the issues), but instead to help with strengthening. The problems have eased so much and I now experience just occasional twinges.
Classes are small so you’re not worried about doing something wrong as Stacey is able to correct you. There’s no pressure to ‘achieve a pose’, you do what you can.
So glad I started as now it stays with me, there is always something I can do every day.

I recently joined Stacey’s yoga class. She is very knowledgeable on the anatomy of the body.
Before even starting the class I feel calm as Stacey exudes calmness.
She is very attentive to each individuals needs and gently guides her students that need that bit of extra attention through the paces making it both relaxing and comfortable.
I come away from each class feeling uplifted and totally at ease with who I am and my capabilities thanks to Stacey’s guidance.
If you haven’t joined one her classes I strongly urge you to give it a go. She knows her stuff!!

As soon as Stacey steps into the room with her reassuring and genuine air of calmness, and we step on the yoga mat, an inner world of peace and harmony abounds.
Stacey seems to know exactly how much to challenge us with, combining the physical movement with breathing techniques and further concentration on tapping into our ‘inner self’. She is a most skilled and empathetic teacher who brings a modicum of humor into the class too. She will undoubtedly encourage you to develop the physical and mental ‘awareness’ that will enable you to lead a more balanced, healthier and fulfilled lifestyle, and I cannot thank her enough for the personal growth and enlightenment she has brought my way.
